A: New Zealand orders: All orders within New Zealand that are under 5kg have a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping. All orders will be freight free over $50

We use PBT couriers and CourierPost. Signature is required on delivery, so please supply a delivery address where you can accept the parcel or someone can sign on your behalf.

It is always our intention to process your order by close of business on the day the order is received. In the normal course of events you should receive your order within 5 working days. In most cases orders within New Zealand will arrive to you within 2 days. We suggest you allow 1-2 extra days for rural delivery. Should you require something urgently then please contact us by telephone. In the event of non-delivery within this time frame please contact us so that we can track and trace your order.

International Customers: Shipping costs are entirely dependant on your location and the size and weight of your order. Our system automatically calculates all shipping costs to international customers. If you feel for any reason the freight cost for your order unreasonable, please feel free to give us a call or send through an email to discuss your order. You can find our contact information by clicking here. Any deliveries for overseas is taken care of by "Air International" using New Zealand Post's International Air Service. Delivery to most countries will take between 2 to 3 weeks.
